But over the course of four successful 200HR training programs, we realized that this isn't the best we can do. In fact, it's not even close.

Because now we're not just in the teacher training business. We're in the business of education.

It's time to stop pretending that 200 hours is enough.
It's time to stop ignoring the gaps left behind by trainings that focus solely on yoga poses.
It's time to stop believing there's nothing left to learn.

Still on the fence?
Here's what a student said about our last training....
"Since the beginning of the training, I have felt like a brand new teacher again, finding my words and learning to cue with more purpose. I've also had the worry that if I change how I'm teaching, students that practice with me won't like the changes and stop coming to class.
However, last night I taught a Yoga Detour inspired sequence (one that I have been working on for awhile, cueing out loud to make it smooth and more natural etc) and I've never received so much positive feedback after a class.
Students were coming up to me saying how great they had felt after the class and how even the cues I was using had made things "click" for them in their bodies.
I even had a chat with a student about foot care for about 20mins after class!
I haven't felt this excited to teach in a really long time. I have been really feeling the need to not only move people in a yoga class but to actually prompt change and healing as well.
I feel like everything I'm learning in Yoga Detour is putting me on the path to truly helping people feel better."
